Went here for the first time with a large group of people. After taking some amazing recommendations from our waiter, Craig, we couldn't have been happier! The food was fresh and tasted amazing! Can't wait to return!
The perfect atmosphere. The perfect energy. The perfect meatball. Drawn in by the cleverest of names then WOWED by the food - Off the Beet - was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the appetizer, to the entree to the dessert, the dishes were extraordinarily delicious. We were also so charmed by the warm and cheerful owner, Rachel. Her sunny way, attention to culinary detail and welcoming spirit let us know this was no ordinary restaurant. We happened in to celebrate our anniversary and how delighted we were!
This place is amazing. The food tastes so good and it is made with love and passion. The staff is super friendly. The best restaurant in the area by far. Blessings!
This is the best restaurant we have come by in a very long time. The food is cooked perfectly. So flavorful and rich tasting. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful. Our waitress was so attentive, kind and knowledgeable of everything on the menu.
Food: 10/10. Beautifully displayed, reasonable portions, tastes amazing! Service: slow but good. The people are nice just a little hard to catch when you need something and there’s no signage on if you’re supposed to seat yourself or not. Atmosphere: very pretty but rather dark. Outside was well lit though so next time we’ll try that
Let’s start with the decor : I'd like to see more Mediterranean sorts of decorations in here but generally speaking it's pretty cool place. I was recommended to try the Mediterranean chicken, so I did and it was good but I didn't realize my mood really would have been better suited for a calzone which they said they had. I didn't see it on the menu and I forgot to ask about it. Because of the quality of their ingredients , I am eager to get back here and have that item. If you don’t see something on the menu be sure to ask them about it.
I had no idea that food of this quality existed in Trenton, but I’m so glad it does! After driving past this building many times (once part of a Coca Cola bottling plant, then a quilt museum, now a restaurant), we decided to drive out for dinner. My family and I are vegetarians, and we were happy. Def recommend the labneh appetizer with balsamic glaze. Can’t wait to return to try the pizza.
The two pasta dishes and the cocktails we had were fresh and scrumptious. The garlic knots were the best I've ever had. We can't wait to go back and try some other dishes.
